Our Team

Welcome to Klinkon Electronics! We are a young group of makers based in Sovramonte (BL) and we deal with 3D printing, electronics, computing, mechanicsproviding advice or products manufactured from start to finish in our workshops. The team consists of the three historical founders and an extended group of makers who have been working with us for years on the most complex projects

Simone Klinkon

Founder

A student of Electronic Engineering with a passion for meteorology and simracing, he is mainly involved in electronic design, engineering and 3D printing. He is the founder of Help3DItalia and the Sovramontino Weather Service.

Matthew War

Co-Founder

A graduate in Computer Engineering, he deals with Hardware and Software repairs and regeneration of the computer work we do at Klinkon Electronics, with a focus on the use of Open-Source Software.

Nicolò Dalla Santa

Co-Founder

A graduate in Civil Engineering but with an all-round passion in all fields of DIY, he takes care of the mechanical parts of our projects, with a focus on joinery and the engineering complexities of the materials we use

Lorenzo De Luca

Hardware Engineer and Coordinator

Founder and coordinator of the DeLucaLabs group, he is a hardware designer with a passion for laboratory instrumentation and metrology. He is also interested in home automation with Home Assistant, electronic and audio instrument repair and watchmaking. 

Joshua Iaccarino

Softwarista and Network Specialist

Computer science student with a passion for electronics and servers. Specialised in the development of WEB solutions, he is the mind behind our programmes and takes care of the computer systems of our weather system, as well as the weather stations and data collection server, and works full-time with both us and DeLucaLabs

Leonardo Mazzorana

Softwarista

Electronics student with a passion for cybersecurity, selfhosting and 3D printing. He is the firmware programmer for the 'Autonomous Weather Service Sovramontino', and was a finalist in the Cyberchallenge 2023 project, as well as a CTF player in the Venice 'bhackari' team.

Jacopo Franco

Hardware Engineer

A PhD researcher at Newcastle University, he specialises in novel muscle sensing techniques for prosthetics. In his spare time he is passionate about circuit board design and churns out projects of various kinds, including AMMS control boards. He also has a decade of experience with 3D printing.

Filippo Castellan

Maker and Coordinator

Maker and electrical engineering student with a passion for embedded systems and the RC world, he coordinates the Floppy Lab. He is developing a series of boards as an alternative to Arduino that mount STM32 microcontrollers called Floppy Boards, and consulting and prototyping LED lamps

Samuele Del Ponte

Media & Graphic Specialist

A computer science student and videomaker since 2020 who is recently getting into the world of drones, especially FPV drones. He has high skills in videography and photography which prepare him well to adapt to any situation.
